Dr. Shirley Li is a General Dentist at Ridge Smile Dental Clinic in Ridgetown who focuses on providing the dental health care that patients need.
Dr. Li was born and raised in Shanghai, China, where she obtained her Dental and PhD degrees. Before joining her husband in Canada, she had been practicing dentistry in Shanghai for nine years. In 2012, Dr. Li graduated from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry. Dr. Li has been practicing at Ridge Smile Dental Clinic in Ridgetown ever since and is honoured to be part of this community. She enjoys practicing dental care and believes in putting her patients’ needs and well-being first and foremost.
Dr. Li, her husband Jun and their lovely daughter Amy live on a hobby farm with two rescue dogs Birdie and Tanya, as well as many other animals including a donkey, two cats, two geese, two Jacob sheep, and a number of chickens. The couple enjoys the quiet and peaceful country life, meanwhile, they are also passionate about small-scale farming practices that support ecosystem regeneration and increase biodiversity. In her spare time, Dr. Li helps Jun run a market garden which covers organic vegetable growing, mushroom cultivation, beekeeping, free-range chicken raising and so on.
